OUR APARTMENT SHORT TIME CLEANING:

We clean the surfaces of kitchen cabinets, kitchen counters, refrigerators, dishwashers. we vacuum the entire apartment floor with our machine. We mop the floor. We replace the trash cans in your apartment, house, or office with clean, new trash bags. We do all of these using our branded cleaning materials and equipment. (except toilet, bathroom and glass cleaning) Whether you prefer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly regular cleaning, it's up to you. No contract required. 1 People $45/hr + GST Each service is provided by 2 people. Each cleaning service is provided by two people. The prices below are total prices including branded cleaning supplies. Please remember to schedule your next regular cleaning. Don't forget to make an appointment. Our Prices TOTAL

1 Bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen $100 + GST (1 hours 10 minutes)

2 Bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen $120 + GST (1 hours 20 minutes)

3 Bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen $140 + GST (1 hours 30 minutes)

4 Bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen $160 + GST (1 hours 40 minutes)

5 Bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen $180 + GST (1 hours 55 minutes) Please let us know in writing which part of Sydney you are in, where cleaning will be done, your flat, house, office, number of rooms and bathrooms. We will make you an offer.

Suburbs:

This cleaning service is only available in these suburbs. North Ryde, Ryde, Chatswood, MaquariePark, Lanecove, Marsfield, Gladesville, The parking space for our vehicle belongs to the customer. There must be a parking space with a height of at least 2 meters. The cleaning team is required to use the car park area within the building being cleaned. The building's elevator is necessary for transporting cleaning supplies.

Remember to coordinate with building management before the cleaning team arrives to ensure the visitor parking area is ready for their use..
